Like anyone out there looking for the best your hard earned money can get, we shopped around trying different beef outfits in the early 2000's. We bought our second cow through JZ meats last year. The first year the meat was so amazing we went back for more, and we were not disappointed.. While visiting the western slope from the east coast I was seeking out quality beef and was fortunate to find JZ Meats. They have a great digital presence and you can order online however I was able to meet one of the owners in person at their ranch and pick up a few pounds of ground beef.
